Our Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) provide treatment and assessment of client’s medical status. They assist by developing a plan of care, instructs and teaches the client, caregiver(s) and family member in coordination with the physician and prescribed orders.
In-Home Wound Care Services
Our Registered Nurses (RN) have vast experience in wound care that include but are not limited to: pressure, ulcer, diabetic, surgical wounds and much more. Our goal is to keep wound free from infection and foster healing.
In-Home Case Management Services
Our Case Manager will assist you and your loved one in obtaining community resources along with other resources that will assist to ensure adequate care/service.
In-Home Certified Home Health Aide Services
Our Certified Home Health/Nurse Aides (C.N.A/HHA) are dedicated to assisting you or your loved ones with personal hygiene care, activities of daily living, meal preparation, and companionship as well as a list of other services.
Medical Transportation Services
Joshua Street Residential & Rehabilitation Services provides non-emergency transportation to the elderly and disabled. We can take people to and from physician visits, physical therapy and other types of medical appointments.
